One thing I can tell you about Russell Barber as he is very knowledgeable in what he does he must have looked and reviewed over a dozen homes for us because we were buying out of state and counting on his knowledge and expertise to find us the right home in Florida. He went out of his way to video every single home on our list until he found us the right one you couldn't ask for a better realtor than Russell Barber we are very happy with our experience with him. Working with Russell you will feel more like he's your friend then your realtor.

We are first time homebuyers and had no idea what to look for. Teresa has experience in construction so she checked for leaks under the sinks for us. She checked the roof, ac, water heater, and located the water pump. Teresa educated us on what to look for in a house. She gave us pros and cons on solar panels. We were amazed of her honesty. My husband and I felt safe because she took her time to listen to us. We never felt pressure into doing something that we were not comfortable with. Thank you so much Teresa!💕 we are now homeowners.

Teresa made our move from West Virginia as easy as possible! She showed us multiple properties in person and viewed quite a few homes for us. She sent us hundreds of pictures and provided us with her honest opinion on them. Teresa kept us informed and was always available for any questions we had!
