Russell is one great agent to buy or sell your home
One thing I can tell you about Russell Barber as he is very knowledgeable in what he does he must have looked and reviewed over a dozen homes for us because we were buying out of state and counting on his knowledge and expertise to find us the right home in Florida. He went out of his way to video every single home on our list until he found us the right one you couldn't ask for a better realtor than Russell Barber we are very happy with our experience with him. Working with Russell you will feel more like he's your friend then your realtor.

Teresa goes above what is required.
We are first time homebuyers and had no idea what to look for. Teresa has experience in construction so she checked for leaks under the sinks for us. She checked the roof, ac, water heater, and located the water pump. Teresa educated us on what to look for in a house. She gave us pros and cons on solar panels. We were amazed of her honesty. My husband and I felt safe because she took her time to listen to us. We never felt pressure into doing something that we were not comfortable with. Thank you so much Teresa!💕 we are now homeowners.

Professional, personable, and knowledgeable!
Teresa made our move from West Virginia as easy as possible! She showed us multiple properties in person and viewed quite a few homes for us. She sent us hundreds of pictures and provided us with her honest opinion on them. Teresa kept us informed and was always available for any questions we had! Teresa and her husband Frank are both very knowledgeable about the area which was wonderful since we were coming from WV. I truly cannot recommend Teresa enough! Thank you again, Teresa!

Russell was easy to communicate with!
He was always there for us, if I left a message , I always got a prompt response. He was well informed and if he didn't know the answer to my question, he would always find the answer and and get back to me.

In all three aspects Teresa was excellent
We were from Wisconsin and Teresa worked with us for months sending us different homes that were in our budget and size that we were looking for. She was there to answer all our questions and concerns when we needed it. Her knowledge of the area, homes and cost were vital making our decision of the home we bought. We couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable agent than Teresa was. She made everything much easier for our move. Thanks again Teresa

Enjoyed working w/Russell!
Long distance purchases are always a challenge, however, we really appreciated the time and effort Russell put forth in showing us houses as well as always taking the time to let us explore as much as we needed, never making us feel rushed, even though we only had a few days to explore houses while here on vacation. Russell also answered most of our questions but, when he was unsure about something, he found the correct info. for us and always got back to us. He was very knowledgeable in many ways and offered advice that was beneficial. Russell gave us great references to knowledgeable people for any of the areas of future concerns/updates that we had for our house. We feel that being up front and forthright are 2 of the most important characteristics needed in a realtor that you want to buy a house from…and Russell fit that description.
