I was sent to Russell by zillow at first i was very skeptical because i only knew about selling a house and not buying. I lived out of state so this make an experience different. we talked and i let him know what i was looking for and when ect... A house came up that i liked and my friends that live down there met him at the house for a video tour. they liked him right away because of his outstanding personality. I was very happy to know this. I went down for a short visit and to look at houses he was very accommodating and just after the first 2 he caught on to what i really was thinking and made sure not to waste my time looking at things i wouldn't like. He gave me all the information about the houses i would ask about and made sure if permits were pulled and when things were updated it was really nice to knowing before you even went to a home that it was sound and whitin what i was looking for. We found a house and i we thought it was good i got the inspection(his people are awesome) on a monday am and i had the report by afternoon. well it was not what it seemed ans we both agreed on that he was not pushy in anyway he plain out wanted me happy. it so happens a very similar house with a bunch of upgrades came on the market the day i went home and he let me know and was patient because i was driving. when i stopped next we talked and looked at the photos on line and the permits and all and thought it might be good. Well he took me on a video tour(by this time I truly trusted him because he really cares about his work) and i put an offer in and got the house. He made sure i was comfortable and understood everything because this was my fist buying experience( i inherited the other home). we did 90% of this with me out of state 1200 miles away. I know he has gone over and above taking care of me and i truly feel he does it for everyone. He is a keeper by that i mean should i want to buy or sell he is my go to man for the job.
