•I was searching for a good property to purchase in the Melbourne area, close to the Space Coast but inland. I was in contact with several agents regarding some listings that I was interested in. None of them had the proper information on the up front costs would be except Pamela. This prevented me from getting into a contract without some important details. Saved me a lot of money and time. We made a good deal on a property that has worked out well. As a result, I arranged another property purchase through Pamela that we just closed on. Also a great deal. Eventually, when we move to this area, we will have Pamela find us our personal home.
