Always available and knowledgeable
Being a broker in NYS, I was reluctant to work with an agent in Florida. Brent was always available, patient, and knowledgeable. He knows the areas and understands what you're looking for. Not pushy and makes as much time for you as you need. I wish he were an agent in my company in NY. I highly recommend him

I cannot imagine going through selling our home not having their expertise. We have dealt with them on another home years ago and never thought of having anyone else. They respond to all phone calls ASAP, they helped us out every step of the way and calmed me down when I needed them. One of the special things for us was that they always were available, encouraging and never made us feel they were doing us a favor. They were and are amazing.

Fabulous she always had the answers if not she found out what we needed.
Roxana couldn’t have been more professional, supportive, and easy to work with. This was my husband’s and my first home together in 36 years. Roxana kept us on track and was there helping us fill out paper work no matter what time of day or night and she was handling it from 900 miles away. She was always patient and understanding that we are in our 70’s and not very technical. We laughed a lot. She helped make our dream a reality considering this was the best 30th Anniversary gift. Roxana is kind sweet and just a lovely human being. We loved having her part of our new adventure. We would recommend her to any one buying or selling a home. Perfect and very professional service!
Outstanding and very professional service from Alexandra and Juergen. They explained the whole sales process - every single step and what to take care of. I was always able to get in touch with them if I had a question and they always gave me an overview were we are right now. They even helped me doing the closing I can really recommend them! Very Knowledgeable, Excellent Communicator
Our 4000 square foot condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Marco Island had been in our family for over 25 years. It had not been updated in all that time and was in need of some tender loving care prior to listing. Bill handled the entire process of hiring painters, choosing new carpeting, arranging for the donation of unneeded furniture, and then staging the condo for showing. Bill seems to know the right people to get just about anything done in a hurry. In addition, we felt that he understood that selling our family's beachfront condo was a difficult decision and he was always empathetic throughout the process. Bill is part of the Fioretti Team at Berkshire Hathaway, a team of eight agents. We felt truly supported. Bill negotiated an all cash quick closing, during which everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Bill and am grateful for his hard work.
