We were so fortunate to have found Joanne Levy as our realtor. Selling my grandfather's home in FL while we were in MA was very stressful especially as we were still dealing with his death and sorting out his estate. We originally found her based on a suggestion from one of my grandfather's neighbors & I must say, she was the best! I would highly recommend her if you moving to/ or in Florida. She is very responsive, professional & caring. She followed up consistently & listened to our needs & expectations. She made an incredibly stressful situation easy, straightforward, and clear cut. She was patient and communicated well and quickly through emails and over the phone. After the sale, an issue came up with the new owner and the home owners association, and Joanne was just as quick to work with us as she was before the home was sold. I wouldn't have expected that from any other realtor, but Joanne seemingly always exceeds expectations!

Mary Jo really knows the farm and horse market in the Lake County area and was great at helping me find the right buyer. She was very responsive and easy to deal with. She even helped me find a local repairman to take care of some minor repairs the house needed. I highly recommend her.

Joanne was so patient with us. We thought we knew what we wanted but kept adjusting that thought. She showed us everything we asked her to, and acted quickly on every request. If she couldn't do it she had a fantastic partner who could. Her knowledge of the Mt Dora, Chain of Lakes area was from being a lifelong resident as well as an experienced real estate professional. We purchased a home on Lake Eustis that we couldn't love more. The transaction went so smooth that the sellers wanted to meet us and stayed at the attorney's office after their signing to do so. We continue our relationship, both professionally and personally. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate in the Harris Chain of Lakes area.

Mary Jo was fantastic in her ability to list an as is property. She was timely and efficient and put in a ton of time on pricing the property. When it came time to list she marketed it very well and we put the house on the market. It had offers immediately and we were under contract in 2 days.
