Buying a condo with my Mom could have been stressful, especially since we were doing everything remotely, but Michelle made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident every step of the way. Her professionalism, knowledge of the St. Petersburg market, and ability to coordinate everything virtually made this purchase not only easy but enjoyable. Cherish's above and beyond service made my selling my condo - trouble and hassle free
Cherish is a market expert in selling condos and so pro-active presenting the condo in the best light - wooing customers - working with the management and title insurance companies. My condo needed some minor repairs - she engaged and supervised an electrician, a plumber, a handyman to do the needed maintenance, arranged for the disposal of my worn-out furniture, hired and chose furniture from a "staging" company, and brought in a professional photographer to take photos for the listing. Through the entire selling period - I only visited my condo once - merely to drop-off extra keys for the new owners. I signed remotely and the full and correct dollar amount was wired to my bank account. What I feared would be an arduous process - moved smoothly to a successful sale. All credit goes to my realtor!
