Seleka is the most attentive and detail oriented real estate agent I have ever met. She listened to my wants and needs list for my dream house as well as my teenager's requests and pointed me in the right direction. I was looking for new construction versus resale homes; I would have never looked at the neighborhood that I am now in until she suggested it. She comes with a wealth of knowledge regarding builders, neighborhoods, house features, legalities, etc. Ask her anything! She even reminded me to file my homestead exemption this year.
