After attempting to sell my house with 3 other realtors, I was about ready to give up. Then the phone rang and The next thing I know, Kevin was at our home showing us how he would sell it despite the current housing market. My wife and I decided to work with him and it was the best decision we could have made. We had the best experience with him from start to finish. He is excellent with marketing, communication, and positioning your home for selling in a timely fashion. My only regret is that I wish we had met him sooner.

I met Kevin, when he was helping my neighbor sell her house after her husband passed away. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the values in the area. I was also impressed with his attention to detail in making sure she had all the correct paperwork. He handled all the transactions in an extremely professional manner. When it came time to sell our house, he handled our sale in the same professional manner. His attention to detail was very impressive. He also handled the sale of the new house we bought, in the same manner. I highly recommend Kevin . I have been around real estate transactions most of my life, and I must say, he is the most professional, courteous, and detail agent I know. My wife said he is the best. We both highly recommend him, and have to a number of people. Not often you find someone like him. Kudos to Kevin. A Realtor by definition is a person who acts as an agent for the sale and purchase of buildings and land. Chris Galvis takes this to a new extreme incorporating something called family. Our family had another realtor and we weren’t even looking for a home. Through the right channels placed by none other than God Himself, Chris entered into our lives! Starting with simple updates of houses within our search that we didn’t even ask for but his searches were better matched than those of our current realtor at the time. When we showed interest in the San Antonio area he entered into the process with us. When the house we wanted, immediately gave us a time crunch he took down every question I had (I had a lot..) and found every answer even with open honesty admitting when he wasn’t sure of something he followed through in finding the answers. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at no point stressed by any means and I have to say this walk was so smooth till the day of signing, even easier than booking the moving truck!
