Words cannot express how highly we regard Cynthia Filippi. She is an exceptionally talented realtor. During the listing of our home, we were several states away from the property. For every showing she went to the home to turn on lights, open blinds/shades, and ensured the property was prepared for excellent showing. After each showing, she went back to the home to turn off lights, close blinds/shades, and ensure the house was securely locked up. Cythia excelled at contacting prospective buyer’s agent and communicating feedback to us. She has outstanding negotiating skills. She thoroughly explained all costs and closing procedures when the house sold. Given that we could not be present during the listing period Cynthis made what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth listing, showing, and closing of our house. Karen was the consummate professional worked hard w virtual staging, advertising, MLS, all leads and Berkshire proactive marketing plans and social media Facebook outreach. So all the new ways to get a wider net of buyers plus her extensive contact list. Perfect marketing campaign to get the right high level executive home buyer. Karen did not try to just sell it fast and looked out for our interests. Karen put the work in and it paid off! We had an open house and it went great. We hadn’t sold a house in Florida and we lived 55 miles away.
