I have worked with Randall for a couple years now. I started out just looking and getting feel for things and he didn't get pushy, inpatient or frustrated with me at all during that time. When we finally started getting serious, he was on top of everything. Did everything so we could go see all the houses we asked to see and would immediately start using his knowledge to to get more info and details for us so if something wasn't right we didn't waste time any further. He also protected us from losing our money on contracts when the other parties were wasting time just to be able to collect those funds. He set up all the inspections, helped submit repair lists to seller parties and follow thru on those agreed upon repairs. And he dealt with some of the most difficult agents for hours sometimes even an entire day fighting for us and what was agreed upon. He made sure we did our parts on time and everyone else did theirs. He took many days out of his schedule to show us properties again so we could get measurements or look at paint colors. Randall is very professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, kind, timely, friendly, hard working, honest, personable and very passionate in every area of being an agent. It has been a pleasure to work with him. We have enjoyed getting to know him and hope to continue a friendship with him. You definitely will not regret having Randall as your agent.
