I've sold several properties with and without a realtor and I could honestly say that I thought it was more a convenience thing until this house. The markets changing, and the buyer side was at times very difficult to work with but Kirby was there to help me understand what was going on and look out for my interests. I will definitely be asking for her help again in the future.

Linda was our real estate agent when we purchased York Dr 13 years ago! She was the same caring, professional agent then as she is now while we were selling York Dr! She makes sure all parties are happy and satisfied with their purchase!!! Assures questions are answered that are asked and the paper work is in order for closing. She pays attention to the little things, so things go smoothly! Only problem I see is that the picture on this request for review is NOT Linda! Thank you.

I have been sitting here trying to say something great about Dan but he is just great at helping out and helping you feel safe and secure in a decision by getting you the answers. If he doesn’t have an answer he gets the answer. He is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Dan is great!!! If I had more space I would say more about this great guy. Beverly was awesome. Beverly took pictures of our condo, told us the price point and that it would sell quickly. She wasn't kidding, once listed she had an offer within 10 minutes! She was able to negotiate the buyer waiting until our tenants lease expired, which was 3 months! Closing was close to our home, walk through was easy pease. I would recommend her 100%.

Linda is everything one would expect a realtor to be and much more. She is knowledgeable about the area and all the processes of buying a home. She is a hard worker and was willing to continue searching until we found the right home for us. She made sure we had everything we needed and that all the "I's" were dotted and all the "T's" were crossed. Above that she is kind, encouraging and gracious.
