I am not sure how I became a part of Rodd's network from Hong Kong, but I’m glad I did and was receiving his email flyers about properties the past couple years from time to time. It caused me to get in touch, and had a relative show-up to meet up so I could find the trust I needed to move forward on purchasing a home. His knowledge, commitment, and professionalism was impressive, including doing a 20 minute face-time tour for property with me and my husband. Our 5 star rating for Silvia says it all: excellent! She is a consummate professional with unrivalled experience and expertise both in the rental and purchasing markets. She helped us with a rental property and our positive experience lead us to purchase our home with her eight months later. Silvia guided us from beginning to end, including all the complicated bits in between, with immense knowledge of the market, top contacts in the business (an expectional inspector and title company) that made our purchase smooth. She not only facilitated a quick, successful, cash sale: she also had an excellent contact who quickly renovated the place prior to showing; she helped us clean up; she disposed of furniture we could not move. From start to finish, Rodd Sheradsky provided the highest level of professionalism combined with genuine caring for our property and family. He was extremely hands-on! He provided invaluable guidance as we prepped our home for. He also actively participated in each showing to ensure that our home looked its best and was always on-call to answer questions that potential buyers (and, at times, their realtors) had. His marketing strategy included extensive global outreach, which ultimately produced our buyer. At closing, several issues came up, but Rodd resolved them expertly as a result of his longstanding experience in real estate. He has earned my highest respect and praise.

Pam did a great job, giving the owners ideas on what needed to be done to get the place ready for sale, organizing a video and photos of the home and recommending a sale price based on her recent local experience. Very thorough work, which resulted in a sales agreement 10 days after listing, at the expected selling price. Pam works very well with potential buyers, giving them many details and quickly answering their questions. Buyers like working with her, and the sellers of this home could not have been more happy with her work ethic and the results it achieved. We highly recommend Pam Friedman.
