Eduardo did a great job navigating the crazy market of South Florida 2021 to help us get a great house. We have had the pleasure to work with Eduardo and Cindy when we had to rent out our house. Eduardo was at that time our realtor and he handled all the process very professionally and to our utmost satisfaction. The contact was always very friendly and helpful. We must admit that we were quiet lost on what we needed to do or what we had to pay attention to, therefore we felt extremely comfortable with the support we got from Eduardo. When we decided to sell our house, we had no doubt that we also wanted to go through this process with house & hive. This time Cindy was our main contact and again it was an extremely well organized and pleasant process. Cindy was kind enough to work us through the process of putting our house on the market, manage all the offers and finally close the deal, although we were traveling abroad and with a 6 hour time difference. At the end we could not happier with the support we got and the result we achieved by selling our house. I met Connie about 8 years ago when she helped sell my house in Cooper City, FL to relocate to California. She took care of everything while I was on the road and by the time I arrived at the destination, we were under contract. So, it was natural that when it was time to move back to Florida that I’d contact her again. Connie and her team helped me find a house, while I was still in California!
