Cindy is incredibly responsive, always professional and knows how to keep her clients informed yet calm when the road to closing gets bumpy. She knows her business and either has or finds the resources you need to settle in your new community. She is loved by the people she works with and by these new Florida residents. It was such a pleasurable experience selling my home with Ramon.
Ramon was extremely professional. His handling of the the sale from the moment he helped me establish a market price thru the staging ,photographing, marketing and finally the sale was done with the utmost respect and care. Assistance in the purchase of my condo at Urbana in Doral, Florida
We had the most delightful experience dealing with Ramon and Kathleen for the purchase of our condo in Doral. First, they followed up closely on our interest in that property, although it was supposed to be sold. They were very responsive and allowed us to capture this unique opportunity. They worked professionally and very efficiently to complete the deal and we were able to close in 2 weeks, without missing any important step to protect us. A+ Experience with Ramon Franco
Our family outgrew the home we were currently in with baby #3 on the way and so we made the difficult decision to sell our house. Luckily, we were introduced to Ramon and his associate Kathleen who blew us away with their professionalism and made this experience as stress-free as possible. A Dynamo and an Angel
We gave Pam a wish-list afoot long. We only had a week to search for our dream home and Pam organized our time efficiently. We covered quite a large geographic area as we didn’t know exactly where we wanted to land. Her wit and high energy kept our spirits up even through quite a few duds and disappointments. We were quick to scan all the most current properties and tried to keep an open mind in regard to layout and wish-list elements. Pam’s dynamic energy guided us to our dream house and it was love at first sight. She was a total support during long distance inspections, repairs and negotiations.
