•Buying and selling a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do - right up there with public speaking or assembling IKEA furniture without instructions. But working with Joanne Mendoza? Honestly, it felt like cheating the system. I first met Joanne when I was buying a new place, and she was so professional, clear, and calm that I thought, “Okay, this is the only person I want to deal with in real estate forever now.” So, naturally, when it came time to sell my old home, I called her back faster than I check my DoorDash ETA. And let me tell you, the market was rough. Like, "Why is this happening to me?" rough. But Joanne? She didn’t flinch. Every time I felt like the universe was personally trying to sabotage my sale, she reminded me to breathe, kept things moving, and talked me off the ledge more than once. (She may or may not qualify for honorary therapist status at this point.) Her market knowledge is solid - like, Jedi-level instincts. She communicates clearly, responds fast (like, does she sleep?), and never once made me feel like I was asking a dumb question even though I probably did. More than once. What stood out most was how human she is. No jargon overload, no pressure, just smart advice and a lot of patience. She explains everything, keeps you in the loop, and somehow manages to make this whole exhausting process feel kind of... fun? Is that even legal? If you're looking for a realtor who’s sharp, supportive, and will actually make you enjoy the chaos of buying and selling a house - Joanne’s the one. Honestly, by the end of it, I half expected her to help me move boxes and throw a housewarming party. She's that good. Joanne, if you're reading this: Jace says hi!
