She listened!

We were at an open house when we met Kim. By her questions and comments, it was transparent that she was attentive and taking mental notes of what our impressions were of the property. She proposed other properties that may be of interest to us. Although we made a couple of offers that fell through, she showed her patience, resourcefulness and professionalism against the challenges that we encountered with the homeowners. She stirred us to consider a Martinez and a property there (our impressions of Martinez are the refineries that we see on Hwy 680). We are so glad that she did! The property was as great buy near Briones Regional Park (added bonus: the people at the Matrinez Building Dept are helpful and pleasure to work with). We now have a tenant that loves the property as much as we do. We cannot thank Kim enough! Will certainly call Kim for future real estate transanctions.
