•Hsuching Wintz is amazing--she helped us to find the perfect condo, and was our advocate and guide through every step and facet of the wild Bay Area market. Even before we came to town, Hsuching was an incredible partner, getting to know us, our needs, and our preferences. When we finally arrived, she hit the ground running. After one week of viewings, open houses, and countless goofy questions from us, we made an offer on our dream home. You're not supposed to get your first choice here, or so we've been told. But because of Hsuching, we moved in less than four weeks (!) after first setting foot on CA soil.
