•Hilary Pender is an extraordinarily gifted real estate agent. We hired her after the first agent we hired seemed to just want to get the deal through. He did not seem to be advocating for us. Hilary did a detailed market analysis and helped us to get our house into shape so we could get top dollar. She dealt with craziness from other agents and buyers with grace and extraordinary business acumen. She has excellent negotiation skills. Hire her and follow her advice to the letter, and you will get the best possible deal on your house. She is the first real estate agent we have used who truly worked for us. The others were just working for themselves and doing what they had to do to get the through with minimal house. Hilary always had our best interests in mind and went to bat for us time and time again. Our house was in the high 300's, but she gave us the same attention we would expect if we were selling a 3 million dollar house. We recommend her unreservedly.
