Morgan Sage is by far the Best”! She gets the job done. She is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable in the market, knows exactly what to recommend and needs to be done for your home/property to sell as quickly as possible. She almost always can answer your questions, if not, she finds the answer within hours. She is in constant contact making you feel as though you are her only client. She keeps you posted as to everything that occurs regarding showings and interests in your home. She’s professional, friendly, patient, always has a smile, and will be very assuring, but most of all, keeps you at ease all the way! We love Morgan Sage and would never consider any other broker in the business! Morgan suggested staging our home. We did exactly what she recommended and the staging was absolutely beautiful! The “new look” made us feel like buying the home again! Morgan Sage is all of the above and more! You just can’t help feeling as though Morgan is like family! The entire team is excellent! We have moved several times, three different states and sold homes 4 times. The experience we had with Morgan Sage and BHHS was by far our best! It took Morgan 4 days to sell our home. When our home went on the market, we were the last of six homes on our block being sold. The other homes have been on for months and still are! Thanks to Morgan’s recommendations and wise advise and her experience and knowledge, we were extremely satisfied with the quick sale of our home!
