•I chose Rachell because she (I believe) gave me the most realistic pricing of my property. I had a few other agents rate me way too high (Again, in my opinion). I knew the market for sellers wasn't great and wanted to get my house sold in a timely manner and Rachell gave me a fair assessment of my property and its worth. Past that, I needed someone who could do everything digitally or remotely as I wouldn't be around for the sale (I moved cross country). I know I had a few constraints to my selling, but hoped I wasn't too demanding or unreasonable. In a few days, I had packed up and cleaned the house and I was gone. Rachell took over from there and everything went smoothly, had lots of viewings and within a week had four or so offerings with a few others hoping for a bid as well. Within a few weeks the house was sold (cash) and finalized. Thanks Rachell!
