I've bought and sold houses before and never experienced the white glove treatment that I got from Dale. She anticipated and explained every detail and even covered for me at the closing so that I did not have to fly in from Dallas. I would not consider using anyone but Dale to buy or sell a home in Atlanta. I highly recommend her!

Working with Clayton to purchase my home was the best choice I could have made! I had some issues with the seller along the way, but Clayton was there for me every step of the way. Any question that I had was answered - to the point that he made use of numerous realty experts to determine different ways to approach the bumps we encountered. We were referred to her by the USSA movers advantage program to purchase a new home. She offered to list our home for rent and lacked the knowledge to properly do so. We had set clear rental expectations for our home and she would pressure us to deviate from the rental critieria we had set. We requested to remove our listing and she ignored our request. She made many attempts to pressure us to continue. As far as the purchasing aspect we would make offers we were comfortable with and she would make many comments and suggestions that we were not comfortable with over and over in hopes we would change our offer to her benefit. This pressure made the expierence uncomfortable and awkward. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

Hermann helped us both sell our existing house and buy our new house. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He did a good job of finding properties with what we were looking for and didn't push or pressure us into any decision. He gave honest feedback, good or bad, when we asked. He also did a good job of helping us sell our home and giving us realistic expectations. As a first time seller, he did a good job of going back and forth between us and the buyer / their realtor and making sure everything went smoothly. We had an extremely tight window to move and buy and I appreciate his expertise in getting my home sold and a new one to move in just about 30 days. I highly recommend Hermann.
