•Linda did her home work before ever securing the listing with me. She made phone calls to experts to get estimates on what stick built shops would cost, compared other homes that were currently on the market, factored in waterfront and unique features of my home that made It special. In the unusual real estate climate of 2022, I feel like we listed at the best price possible. And….it sold quickly in 2 days at a thousand dollars more than listing price. Linda was great at coordinating showings and providing me feedback after showings. She made many many phone calls on my behalf. She was definitely not passive in the sale of my home, but actively perused a sale for me. I highly recommend Linda Cheatwood. She was a pleasure to work with and I knew that she was always looking out for my best interest.
