•The entire home selling and buying process can be very stressful. It's important to have a real estate agent who is not only knowledgeable about the entire process, but personable too. Ray Jones is this person. Right from the beginning, he offered valuable tips to get my house in order prior to selling. These tips allowed us to get full asking price in 48 hours on our house. At this same time we were looking for a house to buy and found one we were interested in. Ray knew the perfect time to submit an offer in order to avoid contingencies. Our offer was accepted and we were able to get more concessions from the Seller than expected thanks to Ray looking out for us. Overall, he's a very personable and kind guy with a keen attention to details. He got along with my whole family including my three young daughters who absolutely love him. I highly recommend Ray and will continue to do so.
