•After a negative homebuying experience with our previous home, working with Maria was a breath of fresh air. We had a lot of very specific 'must have's and Maria was thoughtful, intentional, and proactive in finding homes that fit our requirements. She was very patient with us as we toured many (many) homes before finding the right fit. We really appreciated how knowledgeable she is about the positives and drawbacks of older homes, and about the Clear Lake area. We never felt pressured into saying yes to a house that wasn't the right fit, and she made the closing process as easy as we could have hoped for. We'll recommend Maria to our friends and family going forward.
