Repeat Customer, Under Difficult Circumstance

Bob was my realtor back in 2009. He got me above my asking sale price. He also got me a buying price below what the seller was asking. This year (2024) he sold our house during my divorce. He was a great go-between my wife and I, and worked towards meeting everyone's wishes. He and his team did necessary repairs and staged the house wonderfully. He got us ~$40K more than the original list price.
