Rebecca recently helped me buy a home in Berkeley. As I did not know any agents in the area, I started reading agent profiles and client reviews such as these on Zillow. Due to some tricky historical details about the property, which brought in city inspectors, contractors, and considerable negotiations on the timeline, it was critically important for me to have an experienced and determined agent in my corner. Rebecca always explained things very clearly and thoroughly to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. I felt she left no stone—or pebble—unturned. In fact, it seemed that Rebecca was always out in front of the negotiations, even reminding the seller’s agent of his responsibilities. And yet she must have handled everything with grace, for in the end everyone involved seemed gratified. <br/><br/>In sum, I always felt in good hands working with Rebecca, and I give her my highest recommendation.
