He always answered calls in a timely manner, and clearly explained the various steps involved in marketing and selling. Due to Covid, much was done remotely through on-line forms and signatures, which was very efficient. Mia is the best I have ever worked with and I never even had a chance to meet her is person since we had already left for Asheville, NC She went way above the call of duty in handing issues while I was out of town.
