•In the beginning, when we were looking for a house, I went through Zillow and any other homes for sale app I could find. Found something I was interested in and made an appointment to go look at it. Got EXYREMELY lucky when Sheana Evans was the one who was assigned to show me the property. Fell in love with the house and made an offer. Then everything fell apart, my loan officer at the time tried to outsource me to Rocket Mortgage and that was a nightmare. Sheana said breath and gave me the name of a phenomenal loan officer (Brian Duckworth) and he worked miracles, then some hinky stuff was being tried by the sellers realtor and again Sheana said breath, let me get the details, which she did and it turned out God did not intend for us to have this house. We ended up backing out for issues that were not our fault, so we went back to the drawing board but this time with Sheana on our side from the very start, she is so knowledgeable, kind, gracious and will do whatever she has to to make your dream home become a reality. In the end we found what was supposed to be our home, and because it was meant to be and we had the best realtor and loan officer ever it went seamlessly. Sheana was never more than a txt away and communicated the process beautifully. We had sold our previous home before we found this one so we were staying with family till we closed and being the amazing woman she is Sheans walked me off the edge multiple times because living in another's home, especially when you are used to your own space is extremely difficult. So is Sheana Evans a great realtor? Absolutely! but she is also a really good friend. I can promise if you are buying or selling a home you could not do better than Sheana as your realtor.
