We found the home of our dreams, but turning a dream to reality was not what it was seeming to be. James made this dream a reality for us! We were up against a big challenge selling our condo in order to purchase our dream home with the many difficulties the Covid-19 pandemic brought. James worked his way diligently through this challenging process for us. James had our back through it all and reassured us every step of the way. He also was real with us. He was honest, gave his true opinion when needed, and updated us frequently. James was such a pleasure to work with. His genuine kindness and smile from ear to ear made you feel comfortable. He listened to us and knew what we wanted. He had our best interest as his top priority at all times. I would recommend James to anyone looking to either buy or sell a property. I will be passing his name along to anyone I hear of in the real estate market with full faith behind his name.

Trusting someone to list your property can be a hard decision. When we originally talked to James about it, he suggested holding onto the property as an investment. This told us right away that James had our best interest. We really wanted to keep our condo, but we wanted a house more. James’s knowledge on listing our condo made the process a breeze. James had everything laid out for us and always took the time to sit down and make sure we were okay with the process. James had professional pictures taken of our condo at no expense to us, which we are saving for memories of our first home in Naples, FL. Once we were comfortable with actually listing it, we accepted an offer within the first week of the condo being live on the market. I know we were fortunate, but I do believe James had the right marketing strategy to get it sold. The strategy was not offering the condo at a low price to speed the process up. It was coming in at market value and presenting all the beauty the area had to offer. We could not have asked for a smoother sale.
