We where tempted to not use a realtor to sell our house and purchase a new one. With websites available that offer flat rates to DIY a home sale, we debated wether a realtor would be a good value. I’m glad we ended up choosing Chassy. She is an expert and her advice through the process of both buying and selling where absolutely worth it to us. She was always quick to respond. She was willing to communicate via whatever channels worked best for us (text, phone call, in person etc.). She gave us information to help us make decisions rather than being pushy. We never felt like she was just in it to make a commission. I would highly recommend her services.

Very professional from start to finish. We reached out to Chassy for help buying our dream home. She responded immediately and went to work right away. She was able to match our specific situation and needs and gave her honest opinion of the homes we toured. We found one property we really liked but she advised against making an offer due to known foundation problems. This shows Chassy was not just interested in selling but made sure we were getting more bang for our buck. Within days of meeting Chassy, we were under contract on a gorgeous single-family home. We were buying in a different city from where we lived and Chassy made the process so seamless even if it meant sending a member of her team to the town, we lived in to facilitate transactions that could not be completed online. We had the inspection done and radon levels were higher than the recommended EPA standard. We asked Chassy for a list of local contractors we could engage to install the radon mitigation system after closing. She advised we could request the Seller to remedy the situation. The Seller agreed and that saved us around $1,300. I could go on and on, but I’ll just end by saying Chassy is a patient and knowledgeable agent and was an absolute joy to work with. We strongly recommend Chassy to everyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
