•From the start, Carl never disappointed! He knew when to put our house on the market and get us $30k over asking as well as bid on our new house and get it for $15k less. (Which was hard in a hot market.) He was always communicative which is an important point for us. We were always in the know of every step. He offered his expertise on how to increase the value of our house and it worked! Going through a buy/sell situation is a highly stressful thing and Carl only made it easier. We are so glad we worked with him and couldn’t ask for anything more!
