Amy is a very attention to detail kind of person. She communicated in a timely fashion, prepared local listings for me to look at for my new home and she also helped with the sale of some of my appliances (W/D and fridge) which the buyer had requested to purchase and were able to work out pricing on all of them. Janet was amazing to work with! She took the time to truly listen to what features we were looking for in a new home, what our budget was, and the location we desired while also giving us information to considered. She worked diligently to find us homes to view and was efficient in setting up times to view several homes at one time. While viewing homes, she reminded us about the things we shared with her that were important to us, but also pointed out things within the home (good and concerning) that we might not have considered. When we asked to view a particular home, she was very diligent in setting up a time quickly that accommodated our schedules. Then, when we found homes that we wanted to bid on, she was quick and efficient in completing the bids and eventually the contracts. She truly reviewed the contract to make sure we were not missing anything. We ended up in a home that we absolutely love, and because of Janet, the process was quick and painless! I highly recommend her! She has knowledge concerning all manners of home buying and selling!
