•Our elderly Uncle owned a standard lot in Lake County that he originally planned to build on for retirement. He did retire but after 40 years, never built on the property. He tasked his favorite niece and nephew to sell the property for him. A family friend and retired real estate agent reached out to her circle of friends and found Jessica for us. From our first phone conversation, I was impressed. Professional and personable are perfect descriptor's. Jessica warned us that unimproved lots usually take months or longer to sell. To our surprise, Jessica found us a buyer in a week and a completed sale just inside of a month. We can not be more grateful to her.
