This was our first home buying experience and a friend referred us to Niña. Here’s what we loved about her. She took all the time necessary to explain things very well to us. She never made us feel like we were asking a dumb question or inconveniencing her. She is so kind and thoughtful and considerate throughout the entire buying experience and even after. We had an experience where the house had some issues and we needed to add some big contingencies in order to make the deal work. She fought hard for us and got us everything we asked for. She connected us with great service providers she trusted to take care of us. She was always easy to get in contact with, always communicated clearly, and always quick to respond. My husband feels the same way. When we were doing our final walkthrough of the home, she even offered to help watch our baby and toddler so we could take our time and focus.
