My husband and I placed our house on the market with Alana. Within 17 days we had a contract. Alana kept us informed every step of the process. She responds timely to texts and phone calls. Alana is very knowledgeable about the current market and makes great suggestions. She is also very personable. The last few days prior to closing were hectic to say the least. Alana’s calm demeanor helped to keep our stress level down. On the day of closing prior to the walk through we were still working on clearing out the garage. Alana assisted us by helping us move the final items. I have had several realtors in the past and none have provided the level of service anywhere close to the service of Alana gave us. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her work and it is important to her to help her clients in any way including helping to move their things. Alana’s husband even helped us by loading up his truck and taking some final items to storage for us. Ms. Savini made the entire home buying process easy and stress free. We don't live near the area that we were purchasing a home, so Ms. Savini went to see the home and did a Zoom showing for us. She met the inspector at the home and sent us a video showing a complete walk through. We were also provided with recommendations for mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and title companies. We had an out-of-state move and Alana was available immediately to check out houses for us before we made plans to come see them in person.
