I have been working with Joe for the past 1
I have been working with Joe for the past 1.5 yrs while looking for a home and give him the highest recommendation. After looking at many homes I ultimately bought an inventory home. Throughout the process I have found Joe to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and informative . He was willing to accommodate my work schedule which was challenging at best and has continued to be available to me to answer questions and offer help- even attending my walk through with the builder. Joe greatly reduced my stress level through this process and I am extremely grateful for his expertise.

Responsive, Knowledgeable Professional
Alana was a great realtor. She was always available when I had questions. She communicated in advance all steps throughout the process of selling my home. She knows the area and has great relationships with other local realtors (which always helps when selling a home)! She is also patient and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor!

Alana was always available, honest, helpful, and professional.
Alana has superior knowledge of the area. We always felt she had our best interests at heart, as well as being honest of what we could truly expect in the process. During a difficult market of new builds going in around our established neighborhood, she marketed our home to get a sale quickly and for the best return on investment for our family. We would highly recommend using Alana as your realtor.

Alana is the go-to -realtor in the Parrish/Lakewood Ranch FL area. She helped us through 3 home transactions. She made sure we were taken care of - triple checked contracts, and did a ton of extra work to make sure our closing happened. She is great o work with; works with a sense of urgency and a true Expert in the field. It gave us major peace of mind to know we were working with someone who could guide and advise and solve issues quickly. Best Realtor Ever
Alana will be our recommendation for any friends and family that need to move. She offered solid advice on the local market from the first meeting (in which we told her that we had about a month to get the home sold!), and followed through at every turn. She was very quick to respond every time we needed help. She was instrumental in dealing with some major roadblocks. She was hands on, professional, and she did what it took to get the job done. We couldn't have done it without her, and we will be calling Alana if we ever need to move again!

Joe is as good as there is
Joe is as good as there is. Professional yet caring. Goes far beyond selling houses. He goes out of his way to help his clients like family, before and after the sale. Volunteered to help with move in chores that had nothing to do with the actual purchase of the home he found for us. You won’t find anyone anywhere that finds ways to help his clients like Joe does.
