Always so fast to respond and extremely helpful. Would find answers to questions if she didn't have them immediately available. We have now experienced Lisa's professionalism from both sides of a transaction and we found all aspects very favorable. Her enthusiasm for our actual or prospective property and knowledge to guide you thru the transaction makes it positive. My wife and I felt like we were getting the level of attention that a multi million dollar transaction would garner when we were not close to that level To sum it up we were Lisa's clients and therefore we got a superior level of attention regardless of the level of the potential commission For the property we bought We were interested in see a listing she had For the property we listed; we had developed such a high level of confidence in Lisa I just did not think I would be comfortable with another agent She was a shot for agent because of the relatively low asking price our property listed for In our discussions I asked her how that might affect her approach and she said not at all She throws herself in to all of her listings with the same enthusiasm ; and she has kept her word. This has for use been a totally positive experience We would totally recommend Lisa to anyone entering into a real estate transaction from either side

Having worked with many realtors up north doing buy-sell transactions, I can say, without reservation, that Alana is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is more that willing to do what ever is necessary to accomplish a transaction . I am, by admission, a very challenging client. There was not a single issue that was not dealt with in a professional manner no matter how difficult it became. This is a skill not found in most realtors in the present environment.

I worked with Alana when I purchased my home in 2015. She was so easy to work with and helpful, that I knew when I was transferred out of state, that she was the only person I could trust to sell my home. We put the house on the market and she had it sold within 7 days!! I had already relocated so the rest of our correspondence was via text, email or phone. Even with the time difference she was always there to answer my questions and explain everything in detail if I didn’t understand. I would highly recommend Alana if you are looking to purchase or sell a home. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and great to work with. She is someone who I consider to be an amazing realtor, but even more, a great friend.

I felt like Lisa was one of my daughters who gave it her all to help us as if we were related and she wanted us to be happy and comfortable forever! She is not just one to walk away after the deal is finished, but was there for anything we needed after all was said and done. She worked so hard to find us the perfect house (and I am picky and want something different in a house, which is hard to do in Florida.) I felt I could call on her at any time (and sometimes did!) when I was worried about the deal. This will be our last home purchase and Lisa made sure that we got what we wanted down to the last detail. I highly recommend her to anyone, as she will go out of her way to help you through the process. She also has the expertise to deal with other realtors so that we got the best part of the deal.
