Lorelei was nothing shy of fantastic through our realtor process. She was always there to answer questions and anticipate our needs when closing on the house! She and her team went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed especially since we were long distance for a while. I’m so impressed by her level of service and I feel she is not only our realtor but part of our fam! I have had the pleasure of working with Lorelei many times over the years, but most recently with a young couple that closed a couple weeks ago. The couple had worked with another agent unsuccessfully for a long period of time, and then met Lorelei. She dialed in immediately, helped them find their perfect home, and negotiated through repairs to close in 3 weeks. As a seasoned loan officer I've worked with many agents. Her advice, guidance and calm approach to the home buying process is instrumental to staying on track. I truly enjoy working with her and highly recommend to anyone buying or selling!

Highly recommend working with Lorelei Beightol if you are listing and/or purchasing a home in this tricky market. She is extremely knowledgeable of both NC and SC laws, as well as all types of inspections or other procedures that you may not even realize you need to have done. She is incredibly hard-working, responsive, and thorough! We are experienced home sellers/purchasers, but needed more help from our agent with both this sale and purchase than we ever have before. Lorelei went far above and beyond!!

With my husbands job we’ve relocated many, many times and as a result, had many realtors. I can honestly - without hesitation say that Lorelei is THE best! I never worried about anything because she took care of it all before we even knew to ask. Lorelei is not only knowledgeable in the process, she excels when it comes to relocation! She really took the time to listen to what we liked and what we weren’t crazy about, as well as the price point and area we wanted to stay in. I’m writing this from our new home that is absolutely our dream home and we could not be happier! Lorelei helped us to find the home we just sold two and a half years later. She was wonderful then and even more so recently.
