Lorelei B was a stroke of luck for us! In the hunt for our home she was thoughtful, way to contact, knowledgeable about local rules, kept us informed of properties and neighborhood options, and had solid comments and advice. Once we put in our contract she handled our interests with the highest of professionalism and ethics. She was absolutely excellent in conveying our views and explaining others. She has a keen sense of the transactional emotions and was calming and logical. Lorelei researched and solved some HOA matters, arranged meetings with the builder re warranty matters, arranged each step of the path toward closing and followed up on any and all issues ending with a stress free pleasant and good close. Lorelei made my home selling process a breeze. She had good suggestions for staging as well as brought in a professional stager. Lorelei did a great job preparing my home to sell. While my home was for sale, she communicated regularly and provided updates. She followed up with the realtors for each showing. Lorelei was excellent at keeping me informed, offering options and suggestions. Once I had a contract, she went above and beyond to help with the repairs and the move. I got stuck out of the country as she was amazing. She jumped in and helped with the things that needed to get done. The home selling process is always a stressful time but she made this the easiest home sale I have ever done.
