As a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Jesus Ojeda. He is honest, a great communicator, hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. From day 1, Jesus was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. I never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one, Jesus walked me through every step. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their dream house.

We worked with Thelma Briffa as our agent wen we bought our home and then again when we sold our home 5 years later. Both experiences were peaceful and seamless. Thelma has a heart for her clients and the client experience. Both dealing left us satisfied and glad we worked with Thelma and her team. We walked away with a great profit from our home sale. Thank you!

Jaila was able to quickly assess our needs/wants and show us our options within a few days. on the first day of house hunting, we were able to submit a bid on the house we purchased. We used Jailas experience and knowledge to maximize our offer and bid. We were able to close quickly and without hassle due to Jaila preparing us before hand. Jaila also went on to sell our previous house and get it closed on with in 45 days!

Thelma’s knowledge in the market is impeccable! Thelma guided us from start to finish in the process. We were guided in how to stage, documents needed, and rights as a seller. Thelma’s process is really efficient. So efficient, we obtained over 20 offers, chose the best and we closed in less than a month. We were really content with the process. If you want results, choose Thelma!

Trying to buy a property during this crazy time was pretty hectic but Jesus made it feel pretty easy. His experience of the area was great and he was very personable and easy to contact.
