Raul was very well insync with the whole process. He was in constant contact with builders, loan officers, and with us weekly if not daily. Raul pushed for what we wanted and acted as if he was the buyer. We needed his expertise, especially with the once in a life time type market we had. He helped make difficult decisions throughout the process that was for our well being not his. Raul had a variety of contacts that he used to keep us in tune with the changing market and prices that were affecting our build. Without that type of connection we may not have our home we are in now. With all this I'm completely greatful for him. Thank you Raul.
