I am a first time buyer, so I had zero experience buying a house. My expectation was that it was going to be a very long process and that I was not going to find a house that I liked. Jesus very patiently helped us to check out different kinds of houses, always keeping in my the budged and what is important to us. Finally, we got a house that we thought it was out of our budget, but Jesus suggested that with the benefits we will be able to make adjustments to close that house. That is how it happened and everything moved fast. Thank you Jesus for finding our home.

Alice came into our home and got a good feel of what we needed. She understood the pride we took in our home. She moved fast and posted great pictures and description on MLS. Within a week we had an offer. She explained the process and kept us in the loop throughout. Highly recommend using Alice for your next sale or purchase of a home.
