SEAMLESS! That is how I would describe my experience working with Cara and Mariah. I was in a situation where I had to sell my house very quickly and I was going to be out of town the majority of time before, during, and after listing. I also knew very little about how the selling process worked so I needed a realtor who not only knew her stuff, but would be willing to slowly walk me through the process. As soon as I reached out to Cara via Instagram she was ready to go and on the ball. She made everything easy to understand and gave her knowledgable suggestions when I had to make decisions. She knew exactly when and how to list my house in order to get the most and best offers. Her help with staging and photography was a true game-changer! I can’t get over how incredible the photos turned out and I never had to lift a finger. I loved the weekly emails with “to dos” and reminders - helped keep my head on straight! When it came time to accept an offer, she laid everything out so it was easy to understand and answered all my questions with extreme care and understanding. I would recommend Cara and Mariah to anyone - buying or selling. They are are phenomenal duo to have in your corner and they will make you feel like you’re the only client their working with!
