Stacy originally sold me my house 10 years ago when it was brand new and that was a great experience and I told her if I ever sold my house she would be the one selling it for me. So we put the house on the market on the 1st of March and it was sold by the first of April. We closed on May 5th and this was an easy and stress-free process. My husband and I relocated to Texas in 2014. We didn't know anyone in the DFW area who could provide unvarnished truth about real estate. Our initial contact to buy a home was with Joni whom I found to be honest and direct. Subsequently, we worked with her partner, Jim Carter. While viewing homes with Joni, she informed me that certain neighborhoods did not warrant the price that sellers were asking. She also brought a property tax situation to my attention affecting a given area. I had already identified the issue and greatly appreciated her candor.
