My parents had been trying to sell their land and house in Mineral Wells for about 7 years and one REALTOR after another (4 to be exact) after they got the listing everything just sat in limbo and we never heard from them again. In today’s world of segmentation and specialization, Kim excels in all real estate areas and provides a one stop, turn key experience. She is normally available to take your calls and she always returns voice mails in a timely manner. Her knowledge of the local market is top notch. During the spring of 2020, the Pandemic forced us to refinance our residence. We received a terrible value from an appraiser who lived more than 100 miles from our community and our lender balked at proceeding with the loan process. We showed Kim the appraisal and she immediately pointed out the errors and wrote us a comparative market analysis that was so thorough our lender took Kim’s product over the appraisal service and granted us the loan. In April 2021, we received top dollar for our home under her listing. She was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process and, even though we relocated 600 miles away, Kim still stays in contact with us. Kimberly McCall’s knowledge of the market for home sales in Parker County and surrounding areas is impressive. She is honest and fair with both parties involved in home sales.
