There are not too many people like her. She helped me close a deal that is too good to be true. This I credit because of her character. She was consistent in helping me understand both sides of making a decision. I felt as if I was speaking to a friend who had the best interest of your own, and not another sales person. I love doing business with that know what they’re doing. But I love it even more when they are genuine and want the best for you as well.

Not only was she able to comprehensively articulate to a lay person like myself about closing a deal, I felt like because she is so detailed, she was doing us a favor of giving additional information ie: our long term plan, what’s most suitable for us as a family, external factors and variables we did not even account for. Deborah made my home-buying experience a breeze. I was a first time buyer and she spent a great deal of time walking me through the buying process and making me feel very comfortable with everything. The house was a short sell and she put in a lot of overtime negotiating with the bank. I know a lot of other agents would have dropped the ball several times on this deal, but Deborah was very diligent and even got me a home warranty and termite treatment. I was so happy with her service, I used her for an investment deal. It's really hard to find an agent who works hard, who's always available, who knows the real estate business and the different markets like Deborah. I would never consider using anyone else for my real estate needs.
