Bekah was referred to us by my company's relocation provider and I am so glad they did. We were purchasing during a sellers market and not only did she really understand our needs but was always on top of listings so that we could have options to bid before the houses sold. She was great from start to finish. This was especially helpful because we had a seller who had let's just say poor judgment when it came to what they were supposed to have done by close and Bekah was all over them, calling their agents, requesting receipts, and making sure we did not move forward until we were comfortable. I don't have a lot of experience with real estate agents but Alisa has set the bar extremely high of inwnr to look for another one. Between having contacts on almost everything an new home owner would need, to negotiating repairs and working out contracts to protect the buyer as much as one can. Alisa is spit on and goes above and beyond what I'd expect a real estate agent to do, and if i were to sell my newly purchased house then I'd go nowhere else but her.
