•Well, after many of our friends bragging about Ashley selling their homes quickly and painlessly...we took them up on that referral. We honestly thought our home would be tougher to sell because of the location but Ashley actually Increased our asking price & got two offers her first OpenHouse and the one we accepted was Over asking price. She was also good at being available with questions. Interestingly enough, We had tried selling this home FSBO for at least 6 months but Ashley worked her magic in a couple weeks, and her commission was well deserved. Ashley is awesome!!
