It was a pleasure working with Fermin. Trying to find a home, can be stressful. Especially your first home, with no experience. Fermin helped relieved that stress. He answered all of my questions and concerns and even questions I didn't realize I needed to know. He was very professional. He was able worked around my schedule with appointments and was punctual. Shelly was a fantastic realtor to work with. We had a very difficult closing, due to many issues beyond our control. Shelly was with us every step of the way, making phone calls, showing up to the new home to let inspectors in, anything we could have needed, she did. It made the entire process much easier than it could have been with a less diligent realtor. I LOVED working with Shelly! Unlike other realtors we worked with I felt as though Shelly was looking out for us. She was interested in helping us find our home, not just trying to sell us on a home that checked the right boxes. Shelly made sure that we had all the information we needed and wasn't afraid to ask owners difficult questions. She said everything we were thinking, but were afraid to ask.
