Mary Stanco is wonderful to work with and she is the queen of Glen Cove. She's extremely professional, knows the market extremely well and is definitely on your side of any deal. She is diligent, attentive, and works very hard 24/7 to find you your happy place. Moving can be very stressful but Mary eases all of that stress and takes everything hands-on. I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling as she has worked on both ends for me! I worked with Pamela Winter for more than a year as we house-hunted in 5 or so specific areas of northern Long Island. Pam was very knowledgeable, always accessible (24/7), and responsive with my many questions and acts of due diligence. Pam was very patient as we looked at house after house until I found just the right one! She gave me excellent advice and guidance and did her own due diligence on the ultimate property I chose, investigating details at the county clerk and village board's offices.
