Great job!!!!! Got us into the perfect house at a great price in a tight market. Very timely and responsive during holiday season with as little pressure as possible to get the deal done. Not high pressure at all and was very patient over several months showing us houses until we found the one. She has an eye for pointing out issues with houses so we knew what we were getting into then referred us to a great handyman we used to fix things after we closed. Nice follow up after the sale. We were fortunate to have such an outstanding realtor on ou side.

There are not many realtors that I would recommend but Beverly is by far and away the best at what she does. She is truly committed to her profession of helping you maximize the value during the sale of your house. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable and always confident in her recommendations, even if they were contrary to some of the "canned" responses you get from the crop of lazy realtors. She was a delight to work with.
