If I could give Kim Costa 10 stars, instead of five, I would. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor. Working remotely from a different city, she helped me sell my sisters home in Ocala. Since the sister is confined to a wheelchair, Kim made sure that she was always present whenever the house was shown to ensure my sister’s safety and comfort. We initially received a full price, cash offer for the home with a seemingly qualified buyer. However, during the inspection process, he proved to be untrustworthy, and he ended up backing out of the deal. The house went back on the market and we received a full price offer from two veterans the next day. We were pleased to be able to sell the house to veterans and so in the end it all worked out for the best. The overall process was complicated by the fact that we needed to get a new roof on the house before closing and Kim was extremely helpful in managing that process on site while I was working from Illinois. She also made the closing process effortless and smooth. I wish I had the need to purchase or sell another house in Ocala, because I know for sure who I would choose as my realtor. Thank you Kim, for the excellent service you provided us.

Jim is an exceptional realtor. He listened to our requirements, and observed our reactions to the houses we requested he show us... After that first day, he did his research and found several additional houses which he believe we'd like. One was absolutely incredible. In the end we found our perfect house with his assistance and he remained in contact with updates and such during closing. My wife and I recently moved to Marion County from another county and called about a property we were interested in. Even though she was not the listing agent, Sally contacted us and set up an appointment next day. Feel in love with the property on sight . She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the home and area. She worked with us on every aspect of the sale. From the inspections through the closing. Continuing to maintain communication with my wife and I throughout the process and helping us with communication with the title company. Going so far as 3 months after closing, she called my wife to check how things were going ( even though by then she was completely out of the process) . My wife mentioned a problem with the title company and Sally volunteered to contact them on our behalf and she got results for us. That is dedication to her profession and her clients. I would absolutely suggest her services to anyone looking for a home or property. Nothing but excellent service. We appreciate everything she did for us to get our home through the entire process.
